“全球化與新形勢下中國西部地區(qū)經濟”國際學術研討會將于2013年11月2-3日在西南民族大學舉行。會議將邀請國內外的著名專家學者在大會上就普遍關注的全球化與中國西部地區(qū)經濟問題發(fā)表主旨演講。國際學術研討會將舉辦多個分論壇討論：

    一、全球化理論與現實問題

    二、中國西部地區(qū)經濟與社會發(fā)展

    三、中國與周邊國家關系研究

    四、金磚國家發(fā)展與合作研究

    五、經濟結構轉型的國際經驗借鑒

歡迎廣大專家學者和有意參會者積極投稿。國際學術研討會組委會將對提交的論文進行遴選，并據此發(fā)出參會邀請。2013年10月7日為論文截止日期。

國際學術研討會組委會倡導并鼓勵所有投稿人，選擇《西南民族大學學報》（哲學社會科學版）的規(guī)范體例和格式撰寫論文。來稿要符合《西南民族大學學報》（人文社會科學版）的格式要求和編排規(guī)范（人文社會科學版可登陸網頁http://xnzs.chinajournal.net.cn，點擊“投稿要求”查詢）。組委會將綜合各方評估擇優(yōu)推薦論文給該期刊編委會進入評審程序。

Call for Papers 

International Conference on “Globalization and Economy of China’s Western Regions in the New Situation”

                     (First Announcement)

International Conference on “Globalization and Economy of China’s Western Regions in the New Situation” will be held in Southwest University for Nationalities on November 2-3, 2013. Renowned experts and scholars from home and abroad will be invited to deliver keynote speeches. Several sessions will be held on the following topics:

1. Globalization theory and practical problems

2. Economic and social development of China’s western regions

3. Study on relationship between China and neighboring countries

4. Study on BRICS countries’ development and cooperation

5. Lessons from international experience in economic structural transition

Submissions from experts, scholars and others interested to attend the conference are welcome. Submitted papers will be evaluated by the organizing committee, and invitations will be sent based on the evaluation and selection. The deadline for submission is October 7, 2013.

The organizing committee advocates and encourages authors to prepare papers according to the format requirements of Journal of Southwest University (humanities and social science). Submitted papers should follow the editing and layout specifications of the journal. The organizing committee will, based on the comprehensive evaluation, recommend conference papers of good quality to the editorial board of the journal for consideration for publication.
